Times in Groupdesk #

Time stamps shown within Groupdesk are displayed in local time to each users device (based on the settings).

Times in Search #

When searching for a a date, a time is also associated to that value. Search will default the time to your local time, but this is possible to update manually in the search bar.

Example: Fri Apr 19 2019 00:00:00 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)

Times is Exports #

Any times listed in an export is listed in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) and can be manually converted to local time if desired.
