Use ‘generic’ until you know exact details.

The easiest and fastest way to create a trip is to build your catalogs and inventories beforehand. Often, catalogs can be re-used for multiple trips.

What you need to have created to build a trip:

      2. Marketing Copy

  4. Airline or Bus

How do I create a BASIC trip?
  1. Click the “+” button and select Catalog

  2. Overview

    1. Name

    2. Status

    3. Brand

    4. Year

    5. Program Period

    6. Type

    7. Launch date

    8. Deposit date

    9. Departure date

    10. Payment period count

    11. Payment period unit

    12. Deposit amount

    13. Periodic amount

    14. Balance date

    15. Currency

    16. List Price

    17. Total Available Traveller Spots

    18. Passport Required (Y/N)

    19. Allow Rooming Changes (Y/N)

    20. Allow Passport Changes (Y/N)

    21. Automatic Status Changes (Y/N)

    22. Account

    23. Gateway

    24. Destination

    25. Hotel

    26. Campaign

  3. Trip Planner Module

    1. Add Trip Planner(s)

  4. Inventory Module

    1. Add Hotel Inventory

    1. Generate and edit

    2. When you’re 100% happy with the schedule, click Push (you can only do this once)

  6. Trip Display Details Module

    1. Add Inclusions Catalog

    2. Add Exclusions Catalog

  7. Check

    1. View the Trip Page

    2. Test the Booking Form

When building a Trip Record, the Automatic Status Updates field will be auto selected (recommended). If you do not wish to have Automatic Status Updates on your trip then unselect.

Make sure everything is showing up correctly with the right prices, inclusions, photos, etc…
