Report bugs, submit feedback, submit requests, ask questions


Contact us via Intercom on your “company.groupdesk.io” page or on groupdesk.io (the chat circle in bottom right of that page) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. This is the place where you can submit any bug reports or feature requests.

Start a new conversation for each issue/question

Make sure to include as much information as possible in your Intercom (chat) submission. For all issues you should include:

  • Links

  • Screencaps

  • What you expected Groupdesk to do vs. what Groupdesk actually did

  • Any other relevant details

This will help our team respond quickly and correctly!

If Groupdesk is down, or the Intercom link is not showing, go to groupdesk.io and submit your request on the Intercom bubble there.

If you’re having issues logging in, try resetting your password before contacting us.
